Christine Siller
 
Christine is in charge of the administrative and bookkeeping services division, where her expertise and customer relations experience is an asset not only to our company, but to her clients' companies as well.

Christine has been providing administrative and bookkeeping services to small businesses for 18 years.  She started out in 1989 processing Accounts Payable and providing secretarial support for an electrical contractor in Redford Township, Michigan.  In 1993, she became an office manager for a manufacturer's representative.  Her duties there included sales support, all bookkeeping for the firm (including payroll, billing, collections, A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations and preparing financial statements), secretarial support, customer relations and assistance with building management.  In 1998, Christine and Keith moved to Gilbert, Arizona, where she found employment as an office administrator for an executive recruiting firm.  She provided day-to-day management of the office, including all bookkeeping, tracking resumes and applicants, computer networking and troubleshooting, website design and maintenance, mailing lists, client and applicant relations, and whatever jobs were necessary to keep the business running smoothly.  In 2003, Christine became employed by a local student loan firm as an administrative assistant to the General Counsel.  In this position, she provided administrative support to several senior level executives, as well as handling contract administration, trademark renewals, budgeting, scheduling calendars, travel, internet research for legal issues, and assisting with customer complaints that had been elevated to the legal department.  In 2005, Christine was promoted to Senior Administrative Assistant.  In this new role, she assisted the President and Vice President of the company with all administrative duties, including extensive travel, managing calendars, meeting planning, database creation and mail merges, and presentations. 

Christine is highly experienced in Microsoft Windows 98/2000/XP, Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Novell GroupWise, Peachtree Accounting, Quick Books Pro, Outlook Express, Internet Explorer, Microsoft FrontPage, Microsoft Publisher, Gopher Resume Software, FileMaker Pro, Netscape, Word Perfect 5.0, Lotus 1-2-3, WordStar 5.5 and MTX Accounting Software.  She has some experience with Microsoft Access and AutoCAD.  She is also a Notary Public for the State of Arizona.

 
 
Keith Siller
 
Keith is head of our architectural drafting services division.  Keith has been working in residential architecture for over 20 years.  He started out in the late 1980s hand-drafting custom residential homes for several small architectural firms in Michigan.  After Keith and Christine moved to Arizona in 1998, Keith became an independent contractor and continued working with clients in the Michigan market, as well as Arizona.  His main focus of work has primarily been on providing working drawings from design sketches.  He also provides structural calculations and construction documents.  His past job duties have also included field inspections, writing specifications and interfacing with clients on jobsites.

Keith is highly skilled in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop, and he also has experience with Microsoft Office products.
